Moc Hoa District People's Committee announced and awarded 4-star and 3-star OCOP product certificates
The leaders of the District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development announced the decision of the Long An Provincial People's Committee on approving and ranking OCOP products meeting 4-star OCOP standards in 2024 for 02 products including: Menthu herbal candy and Menthu balm.
At the same time, the District People's Committee also recognized 07 products that achieved 3-star OCOP in 2025, including: fragrant natural floor cleaning essential oil, Mù U flower shower gel, Như Ý massage roller, Citramela natural room spray essential oil, Mộc-R dishwashing essence, Mù U CALO-M oil and M-Phúc Lộc Thọ wind oil set. These products all belong to the branch of Moc Hoa Tram Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Materials Company Limited, headquartered in Zone 3, Binh Phong Thanh town, Moc Hoa district, Long An province.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Sang - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee congratulated Moc Hoa Tram Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Materials Company Limited for achieving 4-star and 3-star OCOP standards, and emphasized the importance of the OCOP program in developing the local economy . He requested specialized departments to continue to guide and support businesses and producers to improve product quality, improve designs, and at the same time promote brands through e-commerce platforms and trade fairs to expand the consumer market.
The recognition of local products as OCOP is an important step forward, contributing to increasing the value of agricultural products in Moc Hoa district, creating sustainable development momentum for businesses and production households in the district. Up to now, Moc Hoa district has a total of 08 4-star OCOP products and 11 3-star OCOP products.
