- The People's Committee of An Giang province has just announced a temporary assignment to handle the work of the Chairman and Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee, while Vice Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ngo Cong Thuc attends a training course on national defense and security knowledge for subject 1. This announcement is effective from April 8, 2025 to May 16, 2025.

Specifically, in addition to directly directing and operating the fields specified in Clause 1, Section II, Article 1 of Decision 1919/QD-UBND, dated December 12, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee assigned Chairman of the An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung to temporarily handle work in the fields of natural resources and environment; approve investment policies; directly manage and handle finance and investment capital of programs and projects (including ODA capital) in the assigned fields. In charge of steering committees, councils, inter-sectoral coordination organizations; and associations in the assigned fields (according to the appendix attached to Decision 1919/QD-UBND).

At the same time, directly direct the Department of Agriculture and Environment related to the field in charge. In addition, maintain the working relationship of the Provincial People's Committee with the central ministries and branches in the field in charge; the central agencies and enterprises located in the province in the field in charge.

For Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Phuoc : In addition to directly directing and operating the fields specified in Clause 2, Section II, Article 1 of Decision 1919/QD-UBND, dated December 12, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee temporarily assigned to handle the following fields: Transportation, ensuring traffic safety; Approval of investment policies; direct management and handling of finance and investment capital of programs and projects (including ODA capital) in the assigned fields. In charge of steering committees, councils, inter-sectoral coordination organizations; associations in the assigned fields (according to the appendix attached to Decision 1919/QD-UBND).

At the same time, directly direct the Provincial People's Committee Office, the Department of Construction related to the assigned fields; in charge of the areas of An Phu and Tri Ton districts. In addition, maintain the working relationship of the Provincial People's Committee with the ministries and central branches in the assigned fields; the central agencies and enterprises located in the province in the assigned fields.

Vice Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy : In addition to directly directing and operating the fields specified in Clause 3, Section II, Article 1 of Decision 1919/QD-UBND, dated December 12, 2024, the Provincial People's Committee temporarily assigns the following fields to handle work: Construction planning, construction works, population, housing, urban development; agriculture, rural development, forestry, fisheries, irrigation; prevention and control of natural disasters, floods and storms; collective economy; approval of investment policies; direct management and handling of finance and investment capital of programs and projects (including ODA capital) under the assigned field.

In addition, in charge of steering committees, councils, inter-sectoral coordination organizations; Association organizations in the assigned field of responsibility (according to the appendix attached to Decision 1919/QD-UBND). At the same time, directly instruct the Department of Agriculture and Environment related to the field of responsibility, the Department of Construction related to the field of responsibility; in charge of Chau Phu district.
