"There is no official plan yet. I am sure that what appears in the press is not President Trump's official plan," the Ukrainian leader stressed.

According to The Kiev Independent , the US plan to end the conflict in Ukraine will be announced at the Munich Security Conference from February 14-16.

However, US President's Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg denied this, affirming that Mr. Donald Trump would be the first to introduce the plan, but did not give a specific timeline.

President Zelensky said he had grasped some of the plan's directions after discussing it with US officials before Mr. Trump took office.

"Our teams will work together, no plans will be made separately, even from the US side. Let's wait for the negotiations and official results," Mr. Zelensky affirmed.

According to Mr. Kellogg, President Donald Trump will seek a solution that can be accepted by both the leaders of Ukraine and Russia.

Earlier, in early February 2025, Mr. Trump announced that Washington was seeking access to Ukraine's rare earth resources in exchange for aid, while threatening to impose sanctions and tariffs on Russian exports if a peace agreement was not reached soon.

Earlier, The Wall Street Journal reported that the US President's team was considering a plan to delay Ukraine's NATO membership for at least 20 years. In return, Kiev would receive weapons aid from the West, while European peacekeeping forces would be deployed to monitor a potential ceasefire with Russia.

In addition, the Ukrainian leader has repeatedly rejected any agreement involving the cession of territory to Russia. Moscow currently controls about 20% of Ukraine's territory.

In particular, in the context of the country suffering many losses on the battlefield, the pressure on President Zelensky is increasing, forcing him to consider compromise solutions.
