Avia-pro , citing Russian military expert Mikhail Zvinchuk, said that recently, the Ukrainian army has mobilized many small landing ships to the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson. Also in the southern province of Zaporizhia, on April 22, spokesman for the Eastern Operational Group of the Russian army Alexander Gordeyev announced that the country's army had attacked four Ukrainian defensive positions in the past day.
"Our artillery units struck four defensive positions and two temporary bases of the enemy in the settlements of Velikaya Novosyolka, Novosyolka, Malinovka and Belogorye in Zaporizhia. Fifty Ukrainian soldiers were eliminated from the fighting," Gordeyev said.
