Vietnam is also asserting its role as an emerging innovation hub in the region. Strong commitments such as achieving carbon neutrality by 2050, implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), promoting technological cooperation within ASEAN, APEC, the United Nations, etc. show that Vietnam is not only moving fast but also on the right track in the process of sustainable, inclusive and responsible development.
