The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city implements the Resolution on digital transformation and launches the pilot Digital Ecosystem

At the Conference, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city Dao Trong Duc presented the core content of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Action Program 89-CTr/TU, emphasizing the goal of developing science - technology and innovation to become the main driving force to promote socio -economic growth, enhancing the city's competitiveness in the digital transformation period.

Comrade Dao Trong Duc said that right after the working session with the City Electronic Information Portal, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city directed the Office of the agency to coordinate in developing the Digital Ecosystem. The implementation process includes surveying, evaluating and building the functional framework and tasks of the system, ensuring practicality, efficiency, ease of use and suitability to practical requirements. Up to now, the Digital Ecosystem has completed the pilot phase and is ready for trial application. Users can access the system via the direct address or via the "Hai Phong Smart" application on smart devices. This is a platform for connecting information between all levels of the Front, between the Front and state agencies and member organizations; contributing to accelerating information processing, improving forecasting capacity, and at the same time creating a digital space to promote connection and coordination between the government, people and socio-political organizations.

In order for the Digital Ecosystem to operate effectively, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city requested departments, offices, units and socio-political organizations to focus on promoting propaganda about the goals, content, meaning and benefits of the system. Communication needs to be implemented synchronously, flexibly, and diversely in forms such as conferences, radio - television, social networks, instructional videos... suitable for each target group, in order to spread awareness and promote action throughout the political system and people. In addition, it is necessary to build a centralized digital data warehouse, digitize all documents, records, and forms according to common data standards for convenient sharing and analysis. Continue to improve software, virtual assistants, ensure a friendly and easy-to-use interface; at the same time, strengthen information security according to regulations. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city also requested to strengthen training and improve digital skills for officials at all levels, considering data as the foundation, technology as a tool, officials as agents of innovation and people as the center in implementing the Digital Ecosystem.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau acknowledged and highly appreciated the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Phong City in implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation. This is a drastic and meaningful step of the Front system to welcome the title of "Heroic City" that Hai Phong has just been awarded; it is a concrete demonstration of the pioneering spirit, action and creativity of the city's political system.

The Secretary of the City Party Committee affirmed that Hai Phong clearly defined its goal of striving to become the country's leading center for industry, seaports, logistics, services, education - training, science - technology, innovation; a growth pole of the Northern region and the whole country. To realize that goal, in addition to the drastic participation of Party committees and authorities at all levels, it is necessary to strongly promote the role of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in creating social consensus, strengthening people's trust, and spreading the desire for development. In particular, it is necessary to clearly identify: digital transformation is not just a technological story, but a comprehensive revolution in thinking, organizational models and methods of action, a bridge connecting the government with the people through transparency, connectivity and systematization.

The City Party Secretary requested the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and socio-political organizations to focus on implementing 5 key tasks to effectively carry out digital transformation, which are: Identifying digital transformation as a continuous political task, requiring high determination, innovative thinking, consensus of cadres, party members and especially the leading role of the leader; Promoting creative and flexible propaganda, combining tradition and modernity, so that the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW and Action Program 89-CTr/TU permeates the thinking and actions of each cadre and citizen; Promoting the core role of the Front and socio-political organizations in arranging the organizational apparatus, acting as a bridge between the Party, the government and the people; actively innovating the content of Campaigns, emulation movements, integrating technology and digital data to bring practical results; Invest in the staff in the direction of rejuvenation, professionalization, digitalization, organize digital skills training, form a modern working style, spread the spirit of digital transformation to the community; Research and deploy models of interconnected digital ecosystems from the city to the grassroots, assign clear tasks, organize periodic inspections and assessments, ensure real effectiveness, and use people's satisfaction as a measure.

Immediately after the Pilot Launch Ceremony of the Digital Ecosystem of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, representatives of the City Electronic Information Portal, the Department of Science and Technology, and the City Police deployed training courses: Introduction, instructions on installation, use and exploitation of the "Digital Ecosystem" application of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city; application "Hai Phong Digital Citizen" (Smart Hai Phong); at the same time, propaganda on ensuring network security and instructions on preventing high-tech crimes/.
