On November 2, 2025, in the atmosphere of the whole country looking forward to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front - Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), Comrade Nong Thanh Tung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission attended and shared the joy of the National Great Unity Day with cadres, party members and people of Binh Minh hamlet, Minh Tam commune.

Also attending the festival were comrade Pham Thi Thu Huong, Deputy Chief Inspector of the Provincial CB; comrade Nong Thanh Man, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; representatives of the Provincial Inspectorate Office, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; together with leaders of the Party Committee, government, the Fatherland Front of Minh Tam commune and the people of Binh Minh hamlet.

Speaking at the Festival, Comrade Nong Thanh Tung expressed his joy and excitement to attend the Festival with the people; sent his warm regards and best wishes to all cadres, party members and people of Binh Minh hamlet. He praised the outstanding results that cadres, party members and people of Minh Tam commune in general and Binh Minh hamlet in particular have achieved in the past year , especially the spirit of solidarity, efforts to develop the economy , build cultural life, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc in the residential area.

He highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity and efforts of the cadres and people of Minh Tam commune - a locality that previously met the new rural standards, but after the administrative unit merger, it no longer met the standards. He hoped and requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and mass organizations of Minh Tam commune and Binh Minh hamlet to continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, join hands to build new rural areas, contribute to Minh Tam commune's efforts to meet the new rural standards, and successfully implement the targets set out in the Resolution of the 20th Cao Bang Provincial Party Congress.

Last year, Binh Minh hamlet planted 47.6 hectares of rice and corn; raised 37 buffaloes, 90 pigs, and over 3,400 poultry. 100% registered as Cultural Families, of which 96.9% of households achieved Cultural Families by 2025. Security and order were maintained, the material and spiritual life of the people was increasingly improved, patriotic emulation movements, cultural and sports activities were maintained effectively.

Comrade Nong Thanh Tung requested the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and the organizations of Binh Minh hamlet to continue to do a good job of propagating and mobilizing the people to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and policies; raise vigilance and fight against plots to divide the great national unity bloc; promote internal strength, unite and help each other develop production, sustainably reduce poverty, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people. At the same time, continue to respond to emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Fatherland Front such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", "Cao Bang joins hands for the poor - leaving no one behind", "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses"; maintain and improve the quality of the National Great Unity Day, so that this is truly a festival of the people's hearts, strengthening the relationship between villages and neighbors, and consolidating the people's trust in the Party and the State.
