Handing over 'red books' to 5 households implementing the Dong Hai 1 Kindergarten Construction Project

5 households in Dong Hai ward (Hai Phong) whose land was recovered to implement the Dong Hai 1 Kindergarten construction project were granted resettlement land use rights certificates.

Chairman of Dong Hai Ward People's Committee Nguyen Trong Khiem awarded land use right certificates to 5 households.

On the afternoon of November 3, the People's Committee of Dong Hai Ward awarded land use right certificates to 5 households whose land was recovered to implement the Dong Hai 1 Kindergarten construction project.

5 households including Mrs. Nguyen Thi Duyen, Ngo Thi Thu Huong and Mr. Do Thanh Doan, Pham Ngoc Long, Nguyen Duc Cuong.

These are households that agreed to receive compensation, support and resettlement land at Dong Hai 1 resettlement area.

The Dong Hai 1 Kindergarten construction project was approved by the People's Committee of Hai An District (old) in October 2016 with a total reclaimed area of ​​nearly 3,000 m², involving 10 households and 1 organization. The project will complete the clearance of agricultural land before July 1, 2025.

After Dong Hai ward was established under a 2-level local government, the project still had nearly 1,000 square meters of residential land related to 6 households that had not completed site clearance.

Thanks to the consensus and cooperation of the people and the strong direction of the government, up to now, 5/6 households have agreed to hand over the site, contributing significantly to the site clearance work, preparing for the commencement of construction.

Currently, there is still one household that has not agreed to clear the land for the project. The Ward People's Committee is actively promoting and mobilizing to start the project soon, contributing to improving preschool education facilities, better serving the learning needs of children in the area.
