Ha Giang literature has been contributing to improving the people's knowledge and spiritual life enjoyment, especially contributing to promoting the development of the province, especially the development of the tourism industry, bringing livelihoods to a part of the people from the spread of photographic works about the landscape and people of the highlands; from short stories to cinematographic works, from poems to immortal musical works... All contribute to spreading the image of Ha Giang to the world and attracting the world to Ha Giang. Especially since the development of digital technology , literature and arts have contributed more to the development of Ha Giang's tourism industry. The Association of Literature and Arts has organized creative camps attracting many artists from all over the country to Ha Giang to directly promote the province through fine arts and photography creations in the province, contributing to attracting more and more domestic and foreign tourists to Ha Giang.

Since the country's reunification in 1975, Ha Giang's arts and culture have achieved many achievements in all fields: Literature, fine arts, photography, music, folk arts, theater, cinema and dance. In terms of literature, thousands of books have been published from state investment and socialized sources; thousands of paintings have been displayed in museums, at national, regional and provincial exhibitions or kept by collectors in private museums; thousands of artistic photography works have recorded moments in life and have been highly appreciated on the national level; many musical works have become songs that go with the years, when mentioning Ha Giang, we are mentioning musical works as the brand of the land.

In order for literature and arts to further promote its strengths and potentials, to have high-quality works that reflect the appearance and life of the people in a land with many special and unique features in Vietnam, it is necessary to continue to promote propaganda, thoroughly grasp and implement Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on building and developing literature and arts, the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws; resolutions, programs and plans of the province... Strengthen leadership and direction of the organization and implementation of tasks on developing the field of literature and arts, ensuring development in accordance with the Party's political and ideological orientation in the activities of creating and criticizing literature and arts; direct and orientate important, complex and sensitive contents in the field of culture and arts according to the direction of the Secretariat in Regulation No. 140-QD/TW, dated February 6, 2024. Review, adjust and supplement policies, especially royalties and special policies for artists; encourage artists to create and promote literary works. In particular, it is necessary to have a policy of ordering high-quality works to have works of stature, with characteristics and strong cultural identity of Ha Giang ethnic groups. Prioritize the allocation of investment resources, training creative human resources, creating favorable conditions for the development of literary and artistic activities.

Building and developing a strong and comprehensive team of artists in the province, dedicated to their profession; improving professionalism and efficiency in creative activities of literature and art; focusing on developing young talents of literature and art in the province, especially artists from ethnic minorities. Developing mass literature and art, guiding and encouraging the masses to participate in creating, preserving, teaching and promoting traditional cultural and artistic values of the nation... Building a program to preserve, collect and promote folk literature and art works of ethnic minorities in Ha Giang. Because this is the best way to preserve the unique and distinctive cultural capital of each ethnic group. At the same time, it is a foundation and abundant material for artists to create works of literature and art that have both a solid foundation and a driving force for Ha Giang literature and art to reach the public more widely. Regularly organizing literature and art competitions to find hidden talents and young talents. For the competitions to be effective, it is necessary to organize creative camps and specialized field trips for members and collaborators to serve the theme of the competition; at the same time, each competition needs to have a long duration suitable for each major of literature and art and the prize value is large enough to stimulate the authors to embark on the path of conquering and affirming each person's work.

The province also needs a mechanism for culture, arts and tourism development. Because Ha Giang’s strength is the smokeless industry – green tourism, cultural tourism. And culture and arts is a field that promotes tourism development, both effective in the short term and effective in the long term…

Over the past 50 years, Ha Giang's culture and arts have accompanied the country's development, contributing to improving the people's cultural enjoyment, while promoting the province's economic development, especially the development of tourism - an industry that brings many jobs to the people, and is also an industry that develops sustainably with the country. With such achievements, along with the attention and worthy investment of the Party and the State, Ha Giang's culture and arts in the coming years will certainly make further breakthroughs, worthy of the expectations of the Party, the government and the people.
