The owner of the repair shop commits to strictly comply with the provisions of the law on traffic safety and order; not to modify or change the shape, size, or characteristics of vehicles for teenagers.

The unit also pledges not to arbitrarily cut, weld, or modify the vehicle's frame or engine number; not to assist, repair, or "modify" vehicles for teenagers to drive at high speeds, perform, weave, or swerve in the area. At the same time, proactively coordinate with authorities and promptly report when detecting teenagers gathering to drive at high speeds, rev their engines, perform, weave, or swerve, etc.

The blacksmith owner pledges not to assist in manufacturing dangerous primitive weapons as requested by the subjects.
