[Video] Hanoi sharply increases enrollment quota for specialized 10th graders in the 2025-2026 school year

NDO - In the 2025-2026 school year, Hanoi will enroll 2,730 students in 78 specialized classes, an increase of 485 students and 14 classes compared to the previous school year.

The reason for the increase in quota is that from the next school year, Son Tay High School for the Gifted and Chu Van An High School for the Gifted will officially become specialized schools according to new regulations, and at the same time stop training non-specialized students.

The 10th grade entrance exam in Hanoi will take place on June 7-8 with three compulsory subjects: Math, Literature and Foreign Language. Candidates applying for the specialized program will take an additional specialized subject exam on June 9.
