On November 5, at the Government Headquarters, chairing a meeting directly connected online with provinces and cities on emergency response to storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi storm), Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Head of the National Steering Committee for Civil Defense, requested localities, ministries and functional branches to put the work of preventing and fighting storm No. 13 (Kalmaegi storm) in a "more urgent and dangerous state".
