Many ministries and branches have innovated in handling voters' petitions.
Reporting on the results of handling and responding to voters' petitions, Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee Duong Thanh Binh said that handling and responding to voters' petitions is one of the key tasks that the Government and central ministries and branches focus on implementing. The quality of handling and responding to voters' petitions is increasingly improved.

Many ministries and branches have innovated in handling voters' petitions such as: proactively grasping information and shortcomings from localities in areas under the state management responsibility of ministries and branches, on the basis of receiving voters' petitions to promptly propose a roadmap for resolution.
Some voters' petitions were answered ahead of schedule or practical solutions were proposed by ministries and branches to meet voters' wishes, which were highly appreciated by voters, such as: Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Health, State Bank of Vietnam, Supreme People's Procuracy ...
The Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee emphasized that voters' petitions were resolved quickly and promptly, demonstrating the Party and State's concern for people's lives as well as the high responsibility of the Government, ministries and central branches. Receiving, studying and resolving voters' petitions has contributed to removing difficulties and obstacles, promoting socio-economic development, stabilizing social order and security, improving people's lives, and creating trust for voters and people nationwide.
Ministries and branches need to urgently direct inspection, review, and thoroughly resolve voters' petitions.
In addition to the positive results, the Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee also frankly pointed out some limitations in responding to and resolving voters' petitions such as: some issues that voters petitioned but were not promptly resolved, causing difficulties for localities in implementation. Resolving some issues that directly affect people's lives requires close direction and inspection from ministries and branches.

For example, before the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly, voters in Khanh Hoa province reported that during the construction of the Nha Trang - Cam Lam expressway project, the houses of some households were cracked but there was no compensation or support policy, causing frustration among the people and local authorities.
Through monitoring, it is shown that since 2023, voters have petitioned for compensation and support. On October 26, 2023, the People's Committee of Cam Lam district (old) sent a document to the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board requesting to resolve the issue of houses in Suoi Dau commune (formerly Suoi Cat commune) being cracked due to the construction of the North-South expressway. The district's professional agency also inspected and visually recorded the phenomenon of house cracks and requested to handle it. However, because it has not been resolved, the People's Committee of Cam Lam district (old) continued to send documents to relevant agencies many times requesting to handle it.
After that, the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board issued many documents requesting the project enterprise to urgently resolve the issue. But until now, the problem is still stuck because the parties do not agree: Suoi Dau Commune People's Committee and the people affirmed that the construction caused cracks in the houses, while the project enterprise denied it. The matter has been prolonged and has not been resolved, causing frustration among the people. Therefore, after the Ninth Session, the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa province continued to receive petitions on this issue.
The Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee recommended that the Ministry of Construction urgently direct the inspection, review, and final settlement of voters' petitions.
The Chairman of the People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee also said that some voters' petitions on amending and supplementing the regime and policies for medical staff have been slow to be resolved. The People's Aspirations and Supervision Committee recommends that the Ministry of Health urgently submit to the Government to issue the above Decree to meet the legitimate aspirations of voters.
