The 4th session of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council passed 13 resolutions.

The 4th session - Special session of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, term X, 2021-2026, passed 13 resolutions to serve the province's socio-economic development.

After a working session with a sense of responsibility, seriousness and democracy, on the morning of October 27, the 4th Session - Special Session of the 10th Lam Dong Provincial People's Council completed all the contents of the proposed program.

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council carried out the dismissal and election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with the provisions of law, ensuring democracy, publicity and objectivity.

The results of the by-election are an important basis for the Provincial People's Committee to continue promoting its leadership, direction, administration, and successful implementation of socio- economic development, national defense and security tasks in the coming time.

Delegates vote to pass the resolution

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council reviewed, discussed and voted to pass 13 important resolutions directly related to the following areas: budget, public investment, social security policy, land, organizational structure and regimes and policies for local armed forces.

These are resolutions of practical significance, creating an important legal basis for the Provincial People's Committee and sectors and localities to implement, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving people's lives.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák delivered a closing speech at the meeting

In his closing speech, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák assessed that the Session demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, unity, and close coordination between the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee, the People's Council Committees and specialized agencies, along with the efforts, enthusiasm, and responsibility of the Provincial People's Council delegates.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct departments, branches and localities to urgently develop plans to implement the resolutions that have just been passed, ensuring progress, compliance with regulations and closeness to reality, bringing the policies into life.

Delegates passed 13 resolutions to serve the socio-economic development of the province.

In the coming time, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct the drafting agencies to closely coordinate with the Committees of the Provincial People's Council in the process of completing reports and draft Resolution documents to ensure quality and compliance with regulations for submission to the Special Session and the Regular Session at the end of 2025 of the Provincial People's Council.

The Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council Committees and the Provincial People's Council delegates shall strengthen supervision of the implementation process, promptly detect difficulties and obstacles to propose solutions and improve the effectiveness of policy implementation.

After a working session, the 4th Session - Special Session of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council completed the proposed contents.

The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee continues to promote its functions of supervision and social criticism; coordinate with authorities at all levels to propagate and mobilize people to implement the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

List of Resolutions passed by the 4th Session - Special Session of the Provincial People's Council:

1. Resolution on supplementing local budget revenue and expenditure estimates for additional central budget items with targets for 2025;
2. Resolution on Funding Support for the Provincial Police to implement "Installation of surveillance cameras at the headquarters of the Commune, Ward, Special Zone Police, and Police Stations in Lam Dong Province";
3. Resolution on stopping the investment policy of the Phan Thiet Airport Construction Investment Project, Binh Thuan Province (old) - Civil Aviation category under the BOT contract form.
4. Resolution on the List of land plots to be auctioned to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Lam Dong province (phase 2);
5. Resolution regulating the authority to decide on approving tasks and budget estimates for purchasing, repairing, renovating, and upgrading assets and equipment; renting goods and services; repairing, renovating, upgrading, expanding, and constructing new construction items in invested construction projects of agencies and units under the management of Lam Dong province;
6. Resolution on the allowance level for Village Team Leaders and the daily labor allowance level for militiamen on duty.
7. Resolution on regulating business trip expenses and conference expenses at agencies, units and organizations in Lam Dong province;
8. Resolution on regulating monthly remuneration for members of the Volunteer Social Work Team in communes, wards and special zones in Lam Dong province;
9. Resolution on the level of funding to support the activities of the People's Inspectorate in communes, wards and special zones in Lam Dong province;
10. Resolution Approving the Project on Organizing and Building Forces, Training, Operation and Ensuring Regimes and Policies for the Militia and Self-Defense Forces in Lam Dong Province for the period 2026 - 2030 and the following years;
11. Resolution to supplement the Price List of some types of land in the province, applicable until December 31, 2025;
12. Resolution on the level of support for overcoming animal diseases in Lam Dong province;
13. Resolution on policies and regimes for people working outside the staff quota at Associations assigned by the Party and State at the provincial and district levels before July 1, 2025, affected by the implementation of organizational restructuring of administrative apparatus and units at all levels according to Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW dated August 1, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat.
