The 4th session of Lam Dong Provincial People's Council passed 13 resolutions.

After a working session conducted with responsibility, seriousness, and democracy, the 4th Session - Special Session of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council, 10th term, completed all the planned agenda items on the morning of October 27th.

At the session, the Provincial People's Council carried out the dismissal and election of additional members of the Provincial People's Committee in accordance with the law, ensuring democracy, transparency, and objectivity.

The results of the by-election provide an important basis for the Provincial People's Committee to continue to promote its leadership, direction, and management role, successfully implementing socio- economic development, national defense, and security tasks in the coming period.

At the heart of the session, the Provincial People's Council reviewed, discussed, and voted on 13 important resolutions directly related to the following areas: budget, public investment, social welfare policies, land, organizational structure, and policies and regulations for the local armed forces.

These resolutions are of practical significance, creating an important legal basis for the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and localities to implement, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and improving the lives of the people.

In his closing remarks, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák assessed that the session demonstrated the spirit of solidarity, unity, and close coordination between the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Committee, the People's Council Committees, and specialized agencies, along with the efforts, dedication, and responsibility of the provincial People's Council delegates.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council K'Mák requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and localities to urgently develop plans for implementing the recently passed resolutions, ensuring they are on schedule, in accordance with regulations, and practical, so that the policies can be put into practice.

The delegates adopted 13 resolutions, serving the socio-economic development of the province.

In the coming period, the Provincial People's Committee will continue to direct the agencies in charge of drafting to closely coordinate with the Committees of the Provincial People's Council in the process of finalizing reports and draft resolutions to ensure quality and compliance with regulations for submission to the specialized session and the regular session of the Provincial People's Council at the end of 2025.

The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Council representatives should strengthen supervision of the implementation process, promptly identify difficulties and obstacles, and propose solutions to improve the effectiveness of policy implementation.

After a working session, the 4th Session - Special Session of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Council has completed all the planned agenda items.

The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province continues to promote its functions of social supervision and criticism; coordinating with all levels of government to disseminate information and mobilize the people to implement the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council.

Local media and press agencies should continue to provide timely and accurate information and propaganda on the content of the resolutions so that voters and the people are aware of them, agree with them, monitor them, and participate in their implementation.

Resolution on supplementing the local budget revenue and expenditure estimates for targeted central government supplementary budget allocations in 2025;
Resolution on providing financial support to the Provincial Police for the implementation of "Installation of surveillance cameras at police stations in communes, wards, special zones, and police posts in Lam Dong province";
Resolution on halting the investment plan for the Phan Thiet Airport construction project in Binh Thuan province (formerly) - Civil aviation component under the BOT contract form.
Resolution on the List of land plots subject to bidding for the selection of investors to implement investment projects using land in Lam Dong province (Phase 2);
The resolution stipulates the authority to decide on the approval of tasks and budget estimates for the procurement, repair, renovation, and upgrading of assets and equipment; the leasing of goods and services; and the repair, renovation, upgrading, expansion, and new construction of project components within existing construction projects of agencies and units under the management of Lam Dong province.
Resolution stipulating the allowance rates for village militia leaders and the daily labor allowance rates for militia members when performing duties.
Resolution stipulating the rates for travel expenses and conference expenses at agencies, units, and organizations under Lam Dong province;
Resolution stipulating the monthly remuneration for members of the volunteer social work team in communes, wards, and special zones in Lam Dong province;

Resolution stipulating the level of support for overcoming animal disease outbreaks in Lam Dong province;
The Resolution stipulating policies and regulations for personnel working outside the staffing quota at associations assigned tasks by the Party and State at the provincial and district levels before July 1, 2025, is affected by the implementation of organizational restructuring of administrative units at all levels according to Conclusion No. 183-KL/TW dated August 1, 2025, of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
