Vietnam has the second transgender beauty queen after Huong Giang

The Miss Equality World 2024 contest ended with the highest position belonging to Nguyen Trang Nhung - representative of Vietnam.

The first and second runner-up titles were awarded to representatives from El Salvador and Indonesia, respectively.

Vietnam has another international transgender beauty queen

Miss Equality World 2024 contest with the competition of 13 beauties from countries and territories around the world.

The beauties competed in swimsuit, national costume, evening gown, and interview. The final night took place on the evening of October 17 in Thailand.

Nguyen Trang Nhung is one of the highly rated representatives, maintaining good form throughout the competition.

In addition to winning the Miss Equality World 2024 crown, Trang Nhung also won two secondary awards: Best Talent and Best Photogenic.

Miss Equality World is one of the three major beauty pageants in the world for transgender people.

Previously, Do Tay Ha - representative of Vietnam, won the title of 4th runner-up at Miss Equality World 2023 .

With Nguyen Trang Nhung's achievement, Vietnam has another transgender beauty queen after transgender beauty queen Huong Giang.

Nguyen Trang Nhung was born in 1994, from Vinh Long . She was in the top 9 of Miss International Queen Vietnam 2020 (Perfect Ambassador) and in the top 6 of Miss International Queen Vietnam 2023 .

Currently Trang Nhung is a model, participating in training child models at a children's art center.
