Responding to Lifelong Learning Week 2025, Nguyen Dinh Chieu Library in Vinh Long has just coordinated with Nguyen Hue High School (Phu Tuc commune) to organize the program "Developing reading culture and mobile service".

Through the introduction of the book “Defense skills for students”, the library conveyed the message about the importance of practicing self-defense skills, arousing interest in reading. At the program, students were introduced to the Canva design application, practicing creativity in learning; participating in the game “Scan QR code to find Ebook”, a new point combining technology and reading culture, helping students access e-book stores in a lively way. On this occasion, VNPT Ben Tre introduced the citizen digital signature service, helping students better understand the role of technology in learning and school management.

Nguyen Dinh Chieu Library Vinh Long constantly innovates its methods of operation, connecting reading culture with technology and learning life. The activities demonstrate the library's efforts in building a friendly learning environment, forming reading habits and creative thinking for students, the fundamental factors that help the young generation develop comprehensively, meeting the requirements of the digital age.
