Having just revealed himself as the mysterious lover of Nam Tra (Quynh Lam), Van Tai (Hoa Hiep) immediately helped her set a trap for Hieu Don (Thanh Thuc). If episode 3 made the audience curious about the hidden person in Nam Tra's (Quynh Lam) room, then episode 4 revealed a thrilling detail: that mysterious shadow was Butler Van Tai (Hoa Hiep). It turned out that Nam Tra (Quynh Lam) and the butler were a "heaven-made" couple, they were joining hands to carry out a big plan. In episode 4, Nam Tra's mask was also pulled down when the act of "sacrificing oneself to repay gratitude" for Hieu Don (Thanh Thuc) years ago was just a trick. It was actually a trap set by Van Tai but failed at the last minute because of the gentlemanliness of the second son.

Although they said they were repaying the favor, their hearts were full of evil plans. After failing the first time, the two decided to restart their old plan. Van Tai took advantage of the moment when Hieu Don was drunk, mixed sleeping pills into his wine, and “kindly” took him to Nam Tra’s room.

The biggest “hit” of episode 5 that made the audience “hold their breath” was the scene where Hieu Don woke up in panic, discovering that he was sharing a bed with his “adopted sister”. The shock and guilt of a man famous for his loyalty like Hieu Don was the most powerful weapon that Nam Tra needed. While Hieu Don was tormented and regretful, Mrs. Hai (Nguyet Anh) in the next room was still anxiously waiting for her husband.

The tragedy reached its climax when Nam Tra began her act. She not only aroused jealousy and suspicion but also “helped” Mrs. Hai investigate her husband’s whereabouts that night. Nam Tra ripped off a button on Hieu Don’s shirt and intentionally let Mrs. Hai find it, creating undeniable evidence of adultery.

The peak of her viciousness was when Nam Tra "went with the flow" and took advantage of Hieu Don's guilty psychology to "confess her love". She turned herself into someone who sacrificed for love and accepted loss, making the gentleman who was already feeling guilty even more emotional. At the same time, she showed "sympathy" for Mrs. Hai and took the initiative to take her to see a doctor to cure her illness. Nam Tra succeeded in manipulating the psychology of both Hieu Don and his wife, officially starting the tragedy in the wealthy family.
