The program is an event to honor the value of painting, promote Vietnamese cultural heritage to international friends, and at the same time strengthen the connection between domestic and foreign artists.
The program has received many positive reviews from experts, not only creating an artistic bridge between artists but also spreading cultural and artistic values to the art-loving community at home and abroad.
