From November 5 to 8, 2025, the International Exhibition on Food & Beverage (Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2025) will take place at the Hanoi International Exhibition Center (ICE) – 91 Tran Hung Dao, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi. The event is organized by VINEXAD Company, with the support of the Ho Chi Minh City Food and Foodstuff Association (FFA) and the Vietnam Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Association (VBA).
Gathering hundreds of major domestic and foreign brands

With 400 booths on an area of 6,500 m², Vietfood & Beverage – Propack Vietnam 2025 brings together more than 350 businesses from 10 countries and territories, introducing the latest product lines, technologies and solutions in the fields of food, beverages, ingredients, additives, packaging and packaging equipment.
Many big brands will participate such as TH True Food, Vimex, Want Want, Tan Nhat Huong, Soy Asahi, Canh Dong Vang, Luong Gia, Tra Chinh Son, Hoan Phat MC, Fuji Impulse Vietnam, VinaOrganic, Gemtech Vina, VMS and New Diamond...
This is an opportunity for visitors to experience thousands of unique products, from processed foods, premium beverages to environmentally friendly packaging technology - reflecting the "greening" and sustainable development trend that is spreading in the Vietnamese F&B industry.
A rich and experienced series of specialized activities
Vietfood & Beverage - Propack Vietnam 2025 also brings a series of attractive specialized activities, helping businesses and visitors gain more practical perspectives and rich experience opportunities. Notably, there is a trade exchange program between Vietnamese businesses and the business delegation of Thuringia State (Germany) - an activity within the framework of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany. The business delegation led by Mr. Marcus Malsch, State Secretary of the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Affairs of Thuringia State, will share cooperation opportunities in key areas such as agriculture, food industry, machinery manufacturing and vocational training.
In parallel, the culinary and bartending workshop series will bring interesting interactive experiences to visitors. At the cooking workshop, a professional chef from the Asia-Europe Vocational Academy will demonstrate the dish "Sous vide salmon served with passion fruit cream sauce", helping visitors discover the art of food decoration and instruct on skillful food preparation techniques. Meanwhile, the "Art of Modern Cocktail Mixology" bartending workshop will open up a creative space where bartenders demonstrate their world-class mixing techniques and styles.

This year's series of specialized seminars is also a notable highlight with practical topics such as: "ESG & Green Transformation - The key to improving quality and expanding sustainable export markets for Vietnamese food and beverage enterprises" organized by Vinexad in collaboration with VCCI and "From farm to table: New value chain for Vietnamese agricultural products" organized by Vinexad, DGroup, CEO Club 1983, Institute of Entrepreneurship (IEM), STI Expert Data Joint Stock Company and HANOIBA. In addition, two F&B Talk sessions with the topics "Golden Farm Kitchen Show - Delicious natural flavors" and "Combo Top Powder - High-end Machine: Secrets to standard menu, explosive sales" promise to attract a large number of restaurant owners, distributors and F&B workers to attend.

The vibrant atmosphere of the exhibition will be doubled with a check-in program to receive gifts and a series of attractive interactive activities, creating a trade festival combined with experiences for both businesses and professional consumers.
