To improve service quality and ensure stable system operation, VietinBank performs periodic system maintenance according to plan. Specific information is as follows:

1. Type: Service maintenance.

2. Estimated implementation time: From 20:00 to 21:00 on January 21, 2025.

3. Expected downtime: Approximately 10 minutes. Contingency time 50 minutes.

4. Scope of influence:

- DCC multi-currency conversion service on VietinBank's ATM and POS channels.

- Device coverage: All VietinBank ATM and POS devices have deployed DCC Euronet multi-currency conversion service.

- Scope of impact on customers: All customers using international Debit/Credit cards (cards issued outside of Vietnam).

- Scope of impact on card accepting unit customers: All card accepting units using DCC currency conversion service at POS machines.
