VietinBank seizes McLaren 765LT supercar once owned by orchid tycoon

VietinBank and VietinBank Asset Management and Exploitation Company Limited (VietinBank AMC) have just announced the seizure of collateral, a McLaren 765LT supercar owned by Ms. Cao Thi Lan Phuong.

According to the description, the McLaren 765LT with license plate 51K-011.86 is the collateral for Ms. Cao Thi Lan Phuong's loan at VietinBank.

Vietnam is said to have more than 5 of these supercars. At the time of its arrival in Vietnam, the car's selling price was revealed by many sources to be over 35 billion VND. After paying all taxes and fees to roll the car, the owner needs to spend nearly 40 billion VND.

Although the registration papers bear the name of Ms. Cao Thi Lan Phuong, this supercar has been mentioned a lot by car enthusiasts and is believed to be owned by a famous man in the car and orchid enthusiast community in Ho Chi Minh City.

The car was first issued license plate 51K-011.86 at the end of 2021.
