The 2025 program continues to seek and spread inspirational stories of resilient young people with disabilities. Nominations will be accepted from now until July 1. The official recognition ceremony will be held on August 19 and 20 in Hanoi.
It is expected that 30 outstanding delegates will be honored, who are individuals under the age of 35. Each honored delegate will receive a certificate of merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union, the program's logo, a savings book worth 10 million VND...
Not stopping at honoring, this year, the organizers expanded the scope of support with the companion program "Youth with disabilities starting a business in the digital age", taking place from April to December.
The program targets young people with disabilities who have start-up projects and want to receive support in terms of capital, technology, management skills or need to expand their existing production and business models. The program also has a separate space for young people with disabilities who have skills in selling and exchanging goods via digital platforms.
The organizers will choose to support in appropriate forms: from cash, production tools, to technical advice, communication, and output connections for products. At the same time, free training courses on sales skills and business on digital platforms will be held.
Within the framework of the program "Shining Vietnamese Willpower" in 2025, there is also the accompanying program "Colors of Willpower" introducing honored examples and the contest "Searching for talented young people with disabilities" in the fields of art, music, and community activities.
