Vinh Hanh builds "Four good Party cells"

The emulation movement to build "Four Good Party Cells" has been concretized by the Party Committees of Vinh Hanh commune with practical implementation, using many suitable and effective solutions. From the emulation, it has created substantial changes, improved the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell, and promoted the pioneering and exemplary role of the cadres and Party members.

Secretary of the Vinh Hanh Commune Party Committee Ho Truong Huan said that identifying Party building as a key task, the Commune Party Committee focused on directing the subordinate grassroots Party committees to concretize, guide the study, dissemination, and implementation of resolutions, action programs, and conclusions of the Central Committee, the Province, and key tasks of the locality in accordance with the actual situation. At the same time, it paid attention to comprehensive leadership and implementation of political , ideological, organizational, and ethical aspects, with many innovations and creativity, focusing on difficult and new tasks.

The Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee assigned members of the Commune Party Committee Executive Committee to attend the activities of hamlet and residential party cells to monitor, guide, and provide new policies and guidelines of the Party and State. In addition, it promptly grasped the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of cadres, party members and people, creating closeness, attachment, and strengthening the trust between the Party, government and people.

The emulation movement to build “Four-good Party Cells” and “Four-good Grassroots Party Committees” has been creatively applied by the Party Committee, contributing to the Party’s strength. Up to now, the whole commune has 25/25 Party Cells achieving “Four-good Party Cells” and the Commune Party Committee achieving “Four-good Grassroots Party Committees”.

Vinh Thuan Hamlet Party Cell currently has 35 party members, of which 19 are exempted from party activities. Most party members participating in activities at the Hamlet Party Cell always uphold the spirit of responsibility, arrange time to attend fully; at the same time, they are active nuclei, promote their roles and responsibilities, and contribute to the construction and development of the locality. Implementing the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells", Vinh Thuan Hamlet Party Cell always focuses on improving the quality of Party Cell activities. The Party Cell Committee carefully prepares the content of the activities, assigns specific tasks, and then informs the party members in advance.

Secretary of Vinh Thuan Hamlet Party Cell Nguyen Thanh Binh said that identifying the innovation and improvement of the quality of Party cell activities as an important task, of decisive significance in improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, the Party Cell regularly innovates the content and improves the quality of monthly Party cell and Party cell activities. “Before Party cell activities, the Party Cell meets and discusses to draft a monthly report, clearly stating the work that has been done, the remaining and pending work, determining the plan for the next month and sending it to all Party members in the Party Cell for study in advance. Since then, the atmosphere of Party cell activities has always been lively, with many contributions from Party members, helping the Party Cell promptly overcome limitations; soon deploy and replicate good models and effective methods, contributing to improving people's lives", comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh shared.

At Vinh Loi 1 Hamlet Party Cell, cadres and party members develop plans and personal commitments to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, in conjunction with regulations on exemplary responsibility. "These commitments are not formalities but are regularly monitored, inspected and supervised, becoming an important basis for evaluating and classifying the quality of party members at the end of the year. Through exemplary behavior, the quality of party cell activities is improved, the discussion atmosphere is lively, closely following the practical tasks of the locality...", said Vinh Loi 1 Hamlet Party Cell Secretary Bui Thi Thom.

Comrade Ho Truong Huan said that in the coming time, the Party Committee will carry out well the emulation movement to build "Four-good Party Cells", "Four-good Grassroots Party Committees"; improve the quality of Party Cell activities and Party Committee activities. Party Committee members in charge of grassroots Party Cells must uphold their sense of responsibility in leading, directing, monitoring, guiding, inspecting, and supervising the implementation to ensure practicality and effectiveness, and this will be one of the bases for evaluating and classifying Party Cells and grassroots Party Committees annually...".
