Writer Pham Cong Luan and his wife join the contest "I love the blouse"

The writing and drawing contest I love the blouse is organized by Phuong Nam Bookstore and the Center for Healthcare Innovation Research (CHIR), with the hope of creating a healthy and useful playground for students who are families of medical staff, thereby supporting the spirit and raising awareness of the community, especially children, about the role and importance of medical staff in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. All children and students from 3-15 years old, who are children of medical staff nationwide can participate (total prize value up to 100 million VND).

The Covid-19 pandemic is causing a lot of damage to the world in general and Vietnam in particular. After nearly 2 years of fighting Covid-19, Vietnam has been praised by the international community many times for its effective anti-epidemic work, including the great contributions of the "white-shirt soldiers": medical experts, doctors, nurses, technicians, medical students... In the 4th outbreak, they left behind a whole summer of rest and fun with their families and loved ones to contribute to the front line.

That image of the medical staff has aroused many feelings of pride, gratitude and affection in the hearts of the community over the past time. The love of relatives and everyone sent to the medical staff at the right time will be a priceless spiritual medicine to help them reduce some of the mental pressure on the front line. This is also one of the goals of the Colored Blouse Project (CHIR) - a project to support reducing mental pressure and improving stress management capacity, which CHIR has devoted much effort and persistently implemented activities to support the white-shirt soldiers over the past 8 months.

Accompanying the contest I love the blouse are writer/journalist Pham Cong Luan and his wife - writer Dang Nguyen Dong Vy. Possessing many widely loved literary works as well as experience as judges for many different writing competitions, the two authors will participate in the Jury Council, together with representatives of the Organizing Committee to select the most sincere, touching and creative entries.

Participants in the contest "I love my blouse" are divided into 2 groups:

• Group A: contestants aged 3 - 6 years old: drawing

• Group B: candidates aged 7 - 15 years old: write

Each group will select 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 3 third prizes, 10 consolation prizes and 1 community vote prize.

Entries are sent to the Organizing Committee in word file (for written entries) and PDF, JPG image files (for drawing entries) via email: [email protected]. Deadline for submission: 11:00 a.m., July 15.
