Combining modern visual language, classical music , unique songs, and a cast of famous artists, the art and political program "Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism - 100 years of glory and responsibility" will depict the 100-year history of the country's journalism associated with each important historical period of the country.
The program is organized by the Hanoi City Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee under the direction of Hanoi Radio and Television Station, and will take place at 8:00 p.m. on June 19 at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Cultural Palace, Hanoi. The program will be broadcast live on H1 channel, radio, and digital platforms of Hanoi Radio Station.
Combining modern visual language (Hologram technology) and classical music (symphony orchestra), special songs and the participation of famous artists, the program clearly depicts the role, contribution and mission of journalists throughout the history of the nation.
According to Hanoi Radio General Director Nguyen Kim Khiem, the program emphasizes the political element, emphasizing viewpoints and specific evidence on the historical role and contemporary responsibility of revolutionary journalism. In particular, the responsibility of journalists is not only in the past, present but also in the future, in building the country, in the era of national development.
Throughout the program, there will be 4 Hologram performances corresponding to 4 major stages in the 100-year journey of Vietnamese revolutionary journalism: Birth, Growth, Development, New Era.
Starting with Le Paria (The Miserable) - the mouthpiece of the Colonial Union in France, founded by Nguyen Ai Quoc and a number of progressive activists in 1922. Four years later, he founded Thanh Nien - the first issue was published on June 21, 1925, the mouthpiece of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association.
Next was the period when revolutionary journalism matured in the midst of war, when hundreds of journalists held both pens and guns to fight for national independence.
The period of Renovation and Integration marked a strong development of revolutionary journalism, from "secretary of the times" to a companion of the people and the country in the process of building, criticizing and developing the country.
And in the New Era - the digital era, AI, social networks and multi-dimensional information - many questions are raised: How will journalists continue to shoulder the great responsibility in the era of national development? How to make the glory of journalism not only the past but also the future that must continue to be preserved and built.

The program will have meetings with veteran journalists such as journalist Pham Viet Long - Former Chief of Office of the Ministry of Culture and Information, journalist Tran Mai Huong - Former General Director of Vietnam News Agency...
They will have emotional stories about their fallen colleagues in the war, or the mission of journalists in the cause of protecting the Fatherland.
Contributing to the picture of "Vietnamese Revolutionary Press - 100 years of glory and responsibility" are artists who are loved by many audiences, such as Meritorious Artist Dang Duong, singer Duc Tuan, Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, Huong Tram, Oplus Group...
They will perform a series of songs associated with historical milestones of the country as well as Vietnamese revolutionary journalism: “Len Dang,” “Tien Quan Ca,” “Du Kich Song Thao,” “Buoc Chan Tren Dai Truong Son,” “Dat Nuoc Tron Nguoi Vui” …/.
