For the first time, the logo of Nhan Dan Newspaper and the number "100" of Vietnam Revolutionary Press appeared solemnly on the body of the Boeing 787-9 aircraft with registration number VN-A871, carrying the hope that Vietnamese press will "take off" and fly far.
On June 18, the aircraft with the above special appearance was jointly launched by Nhan Dan Newspaper and Vietnam Airlines to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025).
The Boeing 787-9 is one of Vietnam Airlines' most modern and long-range aircraft, often used on key international routes. Therefore, attaching the logo to the fuselage is not only an identifying design, but also a symbol of the century-long journey of the Vietnamese revolutionary press accompanying the revolutionary cause and national development.

The aircraft launch event is also part of a series of activities celebrating the 30th anniversary of Vietnam Airlines (1995-2025). Over the past three decades, as the National Airline, Vietnam Airlines has not only undertaken the mission of connecting the regions of the country, expanding its international flight network, but also contributed to bringing the image of Vietnam closer to the world, being a bridge of culture, economy , and tourism, contributing to creating a dynamic, integrated and rich-identity national image on the world map.
According to Mr. Le Quoc Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Chairman of the Vietnam Journalists Association, the above image also conveys the message of combining ideology and action - when the press, the pioneering force on the cultural-ideological front, accompanies aviation, a field closely associated with modernization, connection and international integration.
The striking yellow color of the words “Nhan Dan” and the number “100” – “Vietnam Revolutionary Press” combine harmoniously on the typical blue background of Vietnam Airlines, expressing the spirit of rising high, spreading and sustainability of revolutionary press – at the same time symbolizing the intelligence, bravery and aspirations of the nation in the new era./.
