
The Congress elected the Executive Committee for the second term (2025-2030) consisting of 27 members. Of which, Mr. Ngo Duc Quynh was re-elected as Chairman. The Vice Chairmen are Mr. Dao Gia Bao, Mr. Vo Quoc Thang, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Cuong. The Secretary General of the Vietnam Martial Arts Federation is Mr. Mai Thanh Ba.

During the first term (2020-2025), VMMAF has achieved remarkable results such as perfecting institutions and organizations; expanding scale and developing movements; training high-quality human resources, developing professional tournaments with the MMA LION Championship; deeply integrating internationally and having outstanding achievements; financial autonomy.
The achievements that VMMAF has achieved include becoming a member of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF) and the Asian Mixed Martial Arts Association (AMMA); Vietnamese mixed martial arts athletes won 1 gold medal, 2 silver medals, 1 bronze medal at the first Asian MMA Championship.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Hoang Yen - Deputy Director of the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department said that during the first term, in the context that the sports industry did not have a mixed martial arts department, most of the executive committee members worked part-time,... but VMMAF was united, unified, made efforts to build the movement, stabilize the organization, and was highly appreciated by management agencies, professionals, and fans.
"With the achievements in the first term, with a team of passionate, enthusiastic, experienced Federation leaders and a team of coaches and athletes dedicated to their profession and to the current development trend of society, the Vietnam Sports and Physical Training Department believes that the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Mixed Martial Arts Federation for the second term (2025-2030) trusted by the Congress will be a united, capable and dedicated collective to develop the movement, improve the achievements of mixed martial arts, and make worthy contributions to the country's sports and physical training career," emphasized Ms. Le Thi Hoang Yen.

The second term of VMMAF is considered a period of future creation. The VMMAF Executive Board identified this as a pivotal period with many important tasks. Some notable details are the goal of bringing MMA into the official national competition system from 2026 with 3 tournaments, and at the same time building the Lion Championship into a truly professional MMA tournament.
In the coming time, VMMAF will continue to strengthen and perfect the organization with the goal of collaborating with the Vietnam Sports Department and the Vietnam Olympic Committee to select athletes to participate in ASIAD, SEA Games and Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games (AIMAG).
