VPS achieved ISO/IEC 27001:2022 International Certification on Information Security Management System

VTV.vn - VPS is one of the first securities companies in Vietnam to achieve ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for Information Security Management System.

Recently, VPS Securities Joint Stock Company (VPS) was officially awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 International Certificate for Information Security Management System (ISMS) by the British Standards Institute (BSI). As one of the first securities companies in Vietnam to achieve this certification, VPS once again affirms the company's initiative and commitment to ensuring the safety and security of customer information and data, as well as internal information of the enterprise in the digital age.

ISO/IEC 27001 is an international standard on Information Security Management Systems, which sets out the requirements for establishing, operating, maintaining and continually improving Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). The latest version in 2022 requires organizations to apply comprehensive and updated information security controls to suit the digital context and new technological threats. Through a rigorous and independent assessment process from BSI, the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 International certification that VPS achieved is proof that the company has built, operated and maintained an effective and efficient information security and safety management system for IT activities for online transactions at VPS.

Achieving the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 International Certification also marks an important turning point for VPS as it enters a new development phase "VPS 2.0" with technology as the focus of its development strategy. VPS aims to maintain and expand its current trading platform based on four key criteria: efficiency, scalability, durability and security, to ensure that the system always operates stably and flexibly in the face of rapid market growth.
