VSDC announces payment holiday schedule for Hung Kings' Commemoration Day 2025

NDO - Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) has just announced to depository members, clearing members, and organizations opening direct accounts the payment holiday schedule for the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day in 2025.

Specifically: Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 3193/UBCK-PTTT dated May 31, 2023 of the State Securities Commission on the announcement of the 2025 trading holiday schedule, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) announces the working holiday and securities transaction settlement schedule on the occasion of Hung Kings' Commemoration Day (March 10th of the Lunar calendar) in 2025, as follows:

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation will be closed on Monday, April 7 (March 10th of Lunar calendar), according to the Labor Law.

Securities transactions with T+2 settlement cycles made on April 3 and 4 will be settled on April 8 and 9, respectively; securities transactions with T+1 settlement cycles made on April 4 will be settled on April 8.

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation respectfully informs Depository Members, Clearing Members, and Direct Account Opening Organizations and requests that Depository Members and Clearing Members notify investors of the working holiday schedule and payment schedule.
