On November 21, the Party Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat ( Lam Dong ) announced that it had decided to discipline Ms. Nguyen Thai Quynh Nga - Party Cell Secretary, Principal of Trung Vuong Primary School - by removing her from all positions in the Party due to violating the Party's working regulations and organizational principles.
According to the Party Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat, in the 4th session, the Party Executive Committee determined that Ms. Nga had violated the principle of democratic centralism, lacked inspection and timely prevention, leading to the school's violations in boarding activities. Therefore, internal disunity arose within the Party Committee, affecting the prestige of the leader and negatively affecting the staff, teachers and parents.
Based on the above violations, the Party Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat decided to discipline Ms. Nga by removing her from all Party positions for the 2025-2027 term; discipline the Party Cell Committee of Trung Vuong Primary School by warning; and discipline two cadres and teachers by reprimand.
Previously, at the end of September 2025, the People's Committee of Xuan Huong Ward - Da Lat temporarily suspended Ms. Nga from work after information appeared on social networks about 'dirty food' being smuggled into the kitchen of Trung Vuong Primary School.
After suppliers stopped delivering, the school was forced to suspend lunches from September 22.
By November 14, Trung Vuong Primary School had reopened its boarding kitchen, signed a contract with a unit providing meals according to primary school standards and invested in a new kitchen system.
