On the morning of November 18, the leader of Khanh Hoa General Hospital said that the health of most of the victims in the landslide on Khanh Le Pass is now stable.
By the morning of November 18, 4 victims had been discharged from the hospital, the remaining 15 people continued to receive intensive treatment.
According to hospital leaders, all victims are showing stable vital signs. Some of those with more serious injuries are still being monitored and are showing no signs of abnormalities.
One person, Nguyen Thi S. (living in Gia Lai ), has multiple fractures in her thoracic vertebrae and will have surgery today.
On the same morning, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh visited the health of landslide victims being treated at the hospital.
Mr. Thanh requested Khanh Hoa General Hospital to arrange doctors and equipment to try to treat the injured victims, and at the same time commended the medical team that tried to treat the victims.
In addition, the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province also sent money to support and encourage the victims.
