In the first quarter, the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 thoroughly disseminated the 2025 combat training order of the Coast Guard Commander to all officers and soldiers in the entire unit. Thereby, building political courage, determination, and readiness to complete all assigned tasks. Deploying and developing a training plan that is close to the situation and requirements of the unit's tasks.

The management and direction of training tasks are carried out in a unified manner, in accordance with the hierarchy. The Regional Command builds the Political Department and Squadron 32 as a comprehensively strong unit, "Exemplary and typical"; Squadron 301 is a model unit for "good training"; Squadron 33 is a model unit for "training in regulations, building regulations and managing discipline".

Agencies and units organize politicaleducation for subjects according to plan. Implement well the discipline and regime of political announcements, current events, law days, political, cultural and spiritual days associated with the model of "Learning a law every day", "Uncle Ho's teachings on this day in the past", effectively implement the movement "4 good, 4 no, 4 against" of the Standing Committee of the Coast Guard Party Committee.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh acknowledged and commended the outstanding results in training, combat readiness, discipline building, and discipline management of agencies and units and requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to lead and direct innovation and improve the quality of training according to the motto "Basic, practical, solid", making a breakthrough in "Improving the quality of discipline management, training in regulations and good physical strength"; taking the task of "Protecting sovereignty , enforcing the law and building a disciplined, elite, and modern Coast Guard" as the training goal.

 

The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Coast Guard Region 3 reminded units to continue to properly implement the motto, viewpoint, principles, and combination in training; thoroughly overcome shortcomings and limitations, ensuring that units are always ready to fight and successfully carry out tasks in all situations.
