On the afternoon of August 21, during a working trip to the western localities of Lam Dong , comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation led the working delegation of the Lam Dong Provincial Party Standing Committee to visit and work with the Standing Committee of the Quang Truc Commune Party Committee.
Attending the event were comrades: Nguyen Hoai Anh, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Luu Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Bui Thang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; and comrades in the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Party committees, departments and branches of the province.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and political determination of the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Truc commune in operating the two-level government organization to ensure effective and efficient operations, contributing to the overall success of the province.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee and the government of Quang Truc commune need to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, efforts, political determination, focus on overcoming limitations, overcoming difficulties to successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress. The focus is on leading and directing the implementation to achieve and surpass the tasks of socio -economic development, national defense - security, Party building, and the political system in the last months of 2025.
The Commune Party Committee needs to focus on effectively implementing the Action Program to implement the Congress Resolution for the 2025-2030 term; urgently specifying goals, tasks, and appropriate solutions; clearly assigning people, tasks, time, responsibilities, products, and authority. Propaganda and mobilization work, promoting the exemplary role of cadres, party members, village elders, and prestigious people among ethnic minorities to create high consensus and unity in society.

In addition to continuing to improve and reorganize the apparatus in a streamlined, effective and efficient manner, localities need to regularly review and evaluate the staff, civil servants and public employees to arrange them appropriately according to their expertise, skills and job positions. In areas where staff are lacking or weak, timely supplement them. At the same time, pay attention to training and fostering young and ethnic minority staff on the spot to meet the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
Regarding the Party building work, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam suggested that the commune consolidate and improve the leadership capacity of the Party organization; maintain the order of Party cell activities, and focus on developing Party members in villages and hamlets. Inspection and supervision work needs to be strengthened, especially in areas where violations are likely to arise; at the same time, solidarity and unity within the Party and the political system should be maintained.

The locality needs to promote the appropriate conversion of crop structure, develop agriculture associated with the application of science and technology, combine new rural construction and improve production infrastructure and living conditions. Along with the synchronous implementation of sustainable poverty reduction and social security programs, the commune needs to promote the role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in propagating and mobilizing people to comply with the Party's policies and the State's laws, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc.
Quang Truc is a commune in a particularly difficult area of the province. After operating the new apparatus, the Quang Truc Commune Party Committee has proactively followed the Central Government's policies and the province's instructions to lead and direct the comprehensive implementation of political, socio-economic, national defense-security and Party building tasks.
In the past time, the commune has promptly completed the organization, stabilized the apparatus; successfully held the 1st Party Congress of the commune, term 2025 - 2030. The socio-economy has basically remained stable, agriculture, forestry and livestock have basically met and exceeded targets; rural infrastructure has been improved, 15/19 new rural criteria have been completed.

Budget revenue and expenditure were effectively implemented. Cultural, social, health, educational, poverty reduction, and administrative procedures were promptly received and resolved. Political security, social order, and national defense were maintained. Complicated issues related to land, forest management, and complaints were directed and resolved.
However, the local economy is still developing slowly; the rate of poor and near-poor households is still high. Land management and planning are still inadequate. Meanwhile, the infrastructure, financial resources and staff are still lacking and uneven, creating great pressure on the operation of the new government model and the implementation of local development tasks...
