The Congress unanimously set out 7 targets for the 2025 - 2030 term, including striving to admit 85% or more of eligible subjects to the Veterans Association by 2030; the rate of overdue loans from the Social Policy Bank to be below 0.8%; the rate of poor veteran households to be reduced to below 0.1%...

The Congress announced the decision of the An Giang Provincial Veterans Association to appoint the Executive Committee of the Vinh Hoa Commune Veterans Association consisting of 23 comrades and the Standing Committee of 5 comrades.
