Identify the unit to continue implementing compensation work for the Nam Hoi An Resort project

(QNO) - The People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just issued an official dispatch on determining the unit to continue implementing compensation, support and resettlement for the Nam Hoi An Resort project.

After considering the proposal of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center or the competent agency to perform the tasks of compensation, support and resettlement to continue performing the tasks of compensation, support and resettlement when the State reclaims land at the Nam Hoi An Resort project in accordance with current land law regulations.

In case Ky Ha Chu Lai Quang Nam Investment and Development Joint Stock Company is capable of performing some tasks related to compensation, support, resettlement and meeting business conditions according to the provisions of the Enterprise Law, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center can sign a lease contract to perform some tasks in compensation, support, and resettlement.

The Provincial People's Committee noted that the signing of contracts to hire enterprises to perform services in compensation, support and resettlement work must comply with the provisions of the law on land and other relevant laws.

The Provincial People's Committee requested Nam Hoi An Development Company Limited (investor of Nam Hoi An Resort project) to closely coordinate with agencies and units to carry out compensation, support and resettlement work; provide full information and legal documents of the project; advance compensation, support and resettlement funds according to the approved plan to ensure continuity in the project's site clearance process.
