From 3:00 p.m. on September 21, gasoline and oil prices were adjusted up, RON95-III gasoline increased to 25,748 VND/liter, and E5RON92 gasoline increased to 24,297 VND/liter.

Specifically, after the adjustment by the Ministry of Industry and Trade - Ministry of Finance, E5RON92 gasoline increased by 726 VND/liter compared to the current retail price, with a selling price of 24,197 VND/liter. RON95-III gasoline increased by 877 VND/liter, to 25,748 VND/liter.
Oil prices were also adjusted upward, diesel 0.05S increased by 539 VND/liter, to 23,594 VND/liter; kerosene increased by 628 VND/liter, not higher than 23,816 VND/liter; mazut 180CST 3.5S increased by 143 VND/liter, to 17,847 VND/kg.
According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the world oil market in this adjustment period (from September 11 to September 20) is affected by factors such as increased demand while OPEC+ restrains supply, tightens the market, economic prospects in the US and China are more positive while inventories decrease, the Fed decides to keep the basic interest rate unchanged but signals that there may be another increase later this year... The above factors cause oil prices from September 11 to September 20 to fluctuate up and down, but the general trend is up.
In this operating period, in light of the above-mentioned developments in world oil prices and current regulations, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance jointly decided not to set aside or use the Price Stabilization Fund for fuel oil; and to use the Price Stabilization Fund for the two products of gasoline, diesel oil and kerosene at the rate of VND300/liter.
