Speaking at the workshop, Dr. Thinh Van Khoa, Vice Principal of the Provincial Political School, stated: Corporate culture is one of the important factors determining the long-term existence and development of each enterprise, helping enterprises have a long-term vision and create their own brand value as well as competitive advantages and commercial advantages in the development process.

In the world , many large corporations can survive and develop for decades and even in crisis, because they have built strong corporate culture values. There are brands that become the foundation of the enterprise and the symbol of the country, with international influence.

In Thanh Hoa , many enterprises have paid attention to building corporate culture, business ethics, building business strategies and goals. However, there are still some enterprises that are not fully aware, the construction of corporate culture is just a formality when only focusing on entertainment and communication activities, promotion without paying attention to building the architecture and appearance of the enterprise; do not have the right concept of competition and cooperation in business; unprofessional working style...

Therefore, from awareness to action, from theory to practice on the issue of corporate culture is still a challenging journey that needs to be researched, discussed and shared.

Building a corporate culture is not simply about forming values, beliefs and standards of conduct within the organization, but also about creating a spiritual and ethical business ecosystem, contributing to improving competitiveness and sustainability in corporate governance; while honoring and spreading humanistic values, kindness and progress in the enterprise.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing many aspects related to theoretical and practical issues in developing corporate culture such as: general awareness of the need to build corporate culture; the current status of corporate culture in the province in recent times; some experiences and solutions to build corporate culture in the coming time.

Officers and employees of Tien Nong Agricultural Joint Stock Company also discussed and shared many core values ​​that are the "guiding principles" in forming corporate culture at the unit with the following presentations: Corporate culture in the activities of the "Tien Nong family"; Corporate culture in responsibility to the community; Corporate culture in customer service; Corporate culture in social security work.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Tru, Director of the Vietnam Farmers Care and Service Center, Tien Nong Agricultural Industry Joint Stock Company shared at the workshop.

Accordingly, with the vision of being a leading innovative enterprise in the field of plant nutrition in Vietnam, the company has built a strategy to professionally serve key agricultural sectors of the country to improve the quality of Vietnamese agricultural products and bring the value of Vietnamese agricultural products to the world.

The company aims to serve 200 distributors; 10,000 retail outlets and take care of 1 million large-scale farming households with the belief in development based on empowerment and continuity of tradition between generations.
