The conference was organized in a combined form of live and online broadcast to connecting points throughout the province, and was broadcast live on Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station.

This conference is a particularly important political activity, aiming to transform the spirit, ideology, goals and political determination of the 18th Lang Son Provincial Party Congress into concrete actions, practical implementation plans, clear tasks, feasible solutions, bringing the Resolution into life in a comprehensive, profound, effective and sustainable manner.

Along with that, the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term is an event of special significance, a broad and democratic political-legal activity, a key task of the entire Party Committee, government and people of Lang Son province.

At the conference, comrade Doan Thi Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of Lang Son province, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, disseminated the basic contents of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Along with that, comrade Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lang Son province also thoroughly grasped the basic content of the Action Program of the Provincial Party Executive Committee with the implementation of the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

In particular, Lang Son province will continue to promote the building and rectification of the Party and the political system to be clean and strong in all aspects; effectively organize the apparatus of the political system according to the new model; innovate and improve the quality of personnel work.

Innovating and perfecting mechanisms and policies; strongly improving the investment, production and business environment, while promoting the development of the private economy are the most important growth drivers of the economy.

Prioritize the development of tourism products associated with Lang Son UNESCO Global Geopark, making tourism a key economic sector of the province; promote cultural identity and fine traditions to build comprehensively developed Lang Son people.

Lang Son province identifies the key tasks as strengthening national defense and security, ensuring social order and safety, maintaining national border sovereignty, building a peaceful and friendly border, and effectively carrying out foreign affairs and international integration.

At the conference, delegates also heard documents on leadership of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In his speech, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee, requested that each cadre, party member, civil servant, public employee, union member, and association member be more deeply aware of their responsibilities to the Party, the people, and the future of the province, thereby firmly grasping the content, imbuing the spirit, and clearly understanding the goals, tasks, and solutions stated in the Resolution.

After the Conference, all levels, sectors, localities, agencies and units need to urgently develop action programs, plans, projects and topics to concretize the Resolution, to be completed before November 20, 2025, for synchronous implementation throughout the province.

The Secretary of Lang Son Provincial Party Committee also reminded that in the process of organizing the implementation of the Congress Resolution, there will be new issues, new difficulties and challenges, requiring each party member, civil servant, public employee and worker in the entire political system of the province to strive, stick to reality, be close to the people; say what you do and work effectively.

He emphasized the need to closely combine the implementation of the Resolution with the implementation of patriotic emulation movements, socio-economic development programs, ensuring national defense and security, Party building work and the political system.

Along with that, to successfully organize the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and the election of deputies to the People's Councils at all levels of Lang Son province for the 2026-2031 term, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, party organizations, relevant agencies, organizations and units in the province to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the election tasks in accordance with the Central's instructions.
