- Implementing Decision 263, dated February 22, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on New Rural Development for the period 2021-2025, in the third quarter of 2025, the Department of Education and Training will implement 3 contents. Firstly, the Department of Education and Training will coordinate with the People's Committees of communes, towns, and vocational training institutions to conduct surveys and surveys on vocational training needs for rural workers in localities and labor needs of production and business establishments in the province; determine the list of training occupations for rural workers to adjust and supplement the list of training occupations, develop training plans, orientation, and vocational training counseling for workers in accordance with the actual situation of the locality. Secondly, the Education sector will organize training to standardize professional expertise and knowledge to ensure the quality of vocational education managers and teachers in vocational education institutions. Third, the Education sector will inspect and monitor the program in localities in the province.
