At this time, K. was driving the car with the exhaust running, so Minh overtook him and asked, "What do you want?", but K. turned into an alley and disappeared.

That night, Minh met Le Minh Q. (16 years old, living in District 10). Q. said that in the afternoon he saw K. riding his motorbike into the alley, took out a knife and intended to find him to slash Minh but could not find him.

Hearing that, Minh invited another friend to go to apartment 312 Lac Long Quan street, district 11 to ask K. to fight. However, K. did not agree and asked Minh to invite more people and settle it all at once.

Minh gathered more friends, armed with knives, homemade machetes, petrol bombs... and gathered at a coffee shop on Hong Lac Street, Tan Binh District, then moved to apartment 312.

When they saw K.'s group sitting and drinking coffee, Minh's group rushed in to attack, threw petrol bombs and used weapons to kill them.

As a result, K. and another person were slashed and injured and were taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Before leaving, Minh's group also smashed the plastic tables of the coffee shop.

On the evening of June 13, Task Force 363 - Ho Chi Minh City Police patrolled Tan Phu District and discovered 3 people in Minh's group possessing weapons. During the fight, these 3 people confessed that they had just participated in a fight at apartment building 312, so the task force handed them over to Ward 5 Police, District 11 for handling.

District 11 Police in coordination with Ward 5 Police identified the group of related subjects and brought 22 teenagers to the headquarters for questioning. The subjects admitted their actions.
