Regarding the tasks of several ministries and sectors, the Government has instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade to urgently submit to the Prime Minister in August 2023 amendments to Decision No. 24/2017/QD-TTg regulating the mechanism for adjusting the average retail electricity price and Decision No. 28/2014/QD-TTg regulating the structure of retail electricity tariffs, and to study the addition of "tourism accommodation establishments" to apply the same retail electricity price as the manufacturing sector.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, in coordination with relevant agencies and localities, will strengthen resource management and environmental protection; continue to review and submit to competent authorities for amendment regulations on changing the purpose of use of rice land, protective forest land, special-use forest land, mineral exploitation, etc., ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and meeting the socio-economic development needs of localities.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is urged to promptly finalize the National Target Program on the revival and development of culture and the building of Vietnamese people, and submit it to the Prime Minister before August 15, 2023, in order to report to the competent authorities as prescribed.
