Fined over 1.7 billion VND for 21 violating establishments in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park

(DN) - As of June 16, the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team inspecting compliance with legal regulations in the fields of construction, fire prevention and fighting, tax, land and environmental protection for production and business establishments and factories renting in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, Bien Hoa city (Interdisciplinary Inspection Team of the province) has inspected 58/78 establishments.

Based on the inspection results, the provincial interdisciplinary inspection team has drawn up administrative violation records and transferred the files to competent authorities for handling of 21 establishments violating the land, environment, and fire prevention and fighting laws, with a total fine of more than 1.7 billion VND. Of which, the largest fine is in the environmental field of nearly 1.4 billion VND, followed by the fire prevention and fighting field of more than 256 million VND.

Currently, 3 units are waiting for sample analysis results to propose penalties (if violations), 2 units are being invited to work to verify and make records.

According to the plan, this week the provincial interdisciplinary inspection team will complete the inspection of 78 establishments and send a summary report to the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, the team will advise the Provincial People's Committee and competent authorities to issue decisions on penalties for violations in the 5 inspection areas.
