Providing more than 700 tons of rice and national reserve materials to support Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai

The Ministry of Finance has just issued a decision to provide 703,905 kg of national reserve rice to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support people in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10.

Accordingly, the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region IV is assigned to issue (without payment) 703,905 kg of national reserve rice imported into the warehouse in 2025 (phase 1) to the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province to support households affected by storm No. 10.

The location for receiving and delivering national reserve rice is at the center of commune-level administrative units (communes, wards, and special zones under the provincial level) according to the allocation plan of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province. The deadline for completing the delivery and receipt of national reserve rice is November 25, 2025.

The Ministry of Finance has also decided to export national reserve goods to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province.

Accordingly, the State Reserve Sub-Department of Region X is assigned to issue (free of charge) materials and equipment from the national reserve to the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to respond to incidents, natural disasters and search and rescue in 2025 according to Decision No. 3675/QD-BTC dated October 29, 2025 of the Minister of Finance, including 1 set of DT3 speedboats; 20 sets of 24.5 m2 lightweight life-saving tents; 2,000 round life buoys; 4,000 life jackets; 40 lightweight life rafts; 2 sets of concrete drilling machines; 5 sets of fire-fighting water pumps; 3 sets of generators of various types (1 set of 30 kVA, 11 sets of 50 kVA and 11 sets of 137 kVA); 2 sets of drilling and cutting equipment; 3 sets of rescue rope launching equipment.

Implementation and completion time is by November 30, 2025. The location for receiving and delivering supplies and equipment is at the national reserve warehouse door, on the means of transport of the unit assigned to receive them.

The State Reserve Department (Ministry of Finance) requests the Head of the State Reserve Department of Region IV and the Head of the State Reserve Department of Region X to urgently coordinate with the People's Committees of Tuyen Quang and Quang Ngai provinces on the delivery and receipt of rice and the receipt of materials and equipment from the national reserve to ensure compliance with regulations, to the right subjects and for the right purposes.

During the implementation process, if any problems arise, the reserve branches shall promptly report to the State Reserve Department for consideration and direction.
