Yen Bai has a new Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development

At the Conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the People's Committee of Yen Bai province on the transfer and appointment of the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD).

Accordingly, Mr. Hoang Huu Do - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Luc Yen district was transferred to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Yen Bai province and appointed to the position of Director. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from September 1, 2024.

Presenting the decision and congratulating the new Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Vice Chairman of Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee Ngo Hanh Phuc hoped that, immediately after receiving the assignment, Mr. Hoang Huu Do should immediately start working as the head of the specialized agency under the Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the new assignment, the new Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Hoang Huu Do, promised to promptly accept the new assignment, try his best, work with all his heart, focus on implementing the specific tasks of the industry, and work with the collective of cadres, leaders, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the industry to overcome all difficulties and challenges.

On August 28, the People's Committee of Yen Bai province held a ceremony to announce the decision to appoint Mr. Tran Ngoc Luan (Chief of Office of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee) as Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from September 1, 2024.

Previously, on July 22, Mr. Ho Duc Hop, former Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Yen Bai province, was prosecuted and temporarily detained by the Department of Police Investigation of Crimes of Corruption, Economy, and Smuggling of the Ministry of Public Security in the incident that occurred at Thai Duong Group Joint Stock Company.
