According to Soompi, on March 8, industry insiders reported that Jeon Yeo Been will play the lead role in the new drama “Made in Korea” (working title).

In response to the report, Jeon Yeo Been's management company MMM shared: "Jeon Yeo Been is actively reviewing her casting offer."

“Made in Korea” is a series that chronicles major events throughout the turbulent period of Korea in the 1970s. Director Woo Min Ho of “Inside Men,” “The Drug King,” and “The Man Standing Next” will be in charge of directing.

Previously, in mid-February, Jung Woo Sung was confirmed to play Jang Geon Young, a prosecutor with instinct and resilience, who does not give up in the face of difficulties. Meanwhile, Hyun Bin's management company - VAST Entertainment - said that the actor is actively considering the casting offer.
