According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Thanh Ha district, white egg lychee (the earliest lychee tea) is showing signs of maturity, and will be harvested in about 10 days. There is not much of this lychee tea. Early lychee teas such as red u, gai u, and lai tau will be harvested in late May and early June respectively. Thanh Ha lychee is harvested in mid-June. All lychee teas are harvested 10 days later than last year due to the prolonged cold weather this year, and the lychee ripens late.
The district's professional agency confirmed that some sources on Thanh Ha social networks said that the ripe lychee was taken by the seller from Dak Lak .
According to the People's Committee of Thanh Ha district, this year's lychee output is expected to reach 35,000 tons. The district is coordinating with departments and branches to connect lychee consumption, planning to export 1,750 tons to the markets: Japan, the US, Australia; 21,000 tons to the Chinese market and 12,250 tons for domestic consumption through the system of trading floors, cooperatives, small and medium enterprises.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony for Thanh Ha litchi export is expected to be held from May 20 to 30, as part of the event " Hai Duong litchi season" organized by Thanh Ha district in coordination with the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
