As of March 2025, Vietnam has Comprehensive Strategic Partnerships with 12 countries. They are: China (2008), the Russian Federation (2012), India (2016), South Korea (2022), the United States (9.2023), Japan (11.2023), Australia (3.2024), France (10.2024), Malaysia (11.2024), New Zealand (2.2025), Indonesia (10.3.2025) and Singapore (12.3.2025)
