On May 8, the Ministry of Education and Training announced a list of 133 students exempted from the high school graduation exam and given priority for university admission in 2025.

Accordingly, students whose names are on the official list will be exempted from the 2025 high school graduation exam, based on the provisions of Circular No. 24/2024/TT-BGDDT dated December 24, 2024.

At the same time, the Ministryof Education and Training recommends that universities, academies, and colleges give priority to direct admission in 2025 for the following students, according to the provisions of Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BGDDT (amended and supplemented by Circular No. 06/2025/TT-BGDDT dated March 19, 2025).
