Summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Regiment Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Regiment 710 has led the unit to promote internal strength, successfully complete political tasks, build a clean and strong Regiment Party Committee, a comprehensively strong Regiment "Exemplary, typical". The lives of cadres, workers and laborers are constantly improving. Leading and directing the development and strict implementation of directives, regulations, production and business plans, basic construction in the right direction, in accordance with the law and technical economic norms; focusing on implementing well the 5 management stages, ensuring strictness, reducing costs and lowering product prices. Along with that, the unit completed production targets and plans, dry latex output reached more than 3,415 tons; production value of 121 billion VND, reaching 101.92% of the plan; Revenue reached 120 billion VND, equal to 101.51% of the plan.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of Regiment 710 identified two breakthroughs, including: Breakthrough in improving the quality of formal construction work, compliance with discipline, law and digital transformation; breakthrough in management, effective use, job creation, income improvement and living standards for workers. Strive for 100% of training content to meet requirements or higher, of which more than 75% are good and excellent; strictly manage and effectively use rubber plantation area; ensure an average income of more than 11.4 million VND/person/month. Focus on striving for the entire unit to have no poor or near-poor households; every year, the Party Committee has 100% of Party cells completing their tasks or higher, more than 85% of Party cells completing their tasks or higher well.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Khuat Ba Cao acknowledged and praised the leadership results of the Party Committee and the efforts of cadres, party members, workers, soldiers and employees of Regiment 710 to fulfill their tasks well. Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Secretary of the Party Committee of Army Corps 15 suggested focusing on building a politically strong Party Committee, associated with building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary and typical". Carrying out production and economic development tasks must be closely linked and synchronized with military and defense tasks, in accordance with the local socio-economic development plan. Promoting mass mobilization work, solidarity with local Party committees, authorities, people and forces in the area.

The Congress elected the Regiment Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades, the Standing Committee of 3 comrades, and Senior Lieutenant Colonel Le Thanh Tung was re-elected as Secretary of the Regiment Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The Congress also elected a delegation of 6 comrades to attend the Party Congress at a higher level.
