The final night 2 will continue to take place at the Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater, with 21 voices selected from the preliminary round to the final 1. Although the competition has a long organization time, even the announcement of the results for each round must last until the afternoon of the next day. The final ranking round will take place on the night of October 24, in celebration of Binh Thuan Tourism Day. This is also a cultural event of the National Tourism Year "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence".

After 4 nights of the final round 1, 21 contestants who stood out in terms of voice and performance style in each round have left their own impressions and feelings on the audience. In general, in the 2023 round, contestants from other provinces are more carefully prepared when performing their performances.

Many contestants have actually affirmed their solid experience on stage, with the mindset of performing with a band, not as contestants. The 21 voices in the second final round are 21 different musical colors, different ages. A profound and experienced Ngo Thi Tinh. A pure and innocent Khoa Nguyen like a student. Or contestant Tran Duc Thuan (Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong), with a beautiful voice, inner strength and stage presence, left an unforgettable impression on the audience when they heard "Dew on the eyelids" in the first final round.

According to the Organizing Committee, in the second final round, there will be 9 contestants in the final ranking round, but the number can also change if the total score of the contestants' performances is equal. Although, in this year's season, not many contestants registered to participate, but throughout the past journey, it showed that the quality of contestants from provinces and cities across the country, such as: Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Vinh Long, Binh Duong, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Ninh Thuan have invested methodically and carefully in each song.

Mr. Thanh Phap - a member of the jury shared: During the judging process, I really respected the contestants. Although I had listened to the contest clips, when watching the performances in the first final round, I had to admit that this year's contestants had invested carefully, especially the contestants from other provinces. Many had good voices, had technique but brought a lot of emotions when watching the performances. This is also a year with many new elements.

The final night 2 will take place on 2 nights (October 7-8), which will be the journey for the contestants to enter an important competition night, affirming their own musical personality. Among the 21 contestants in the final round 2, there are 7/21 contestants from Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Gia Lai, Ben Tre along with contestants from Phan Thiet, La Gi, Bac Binh, Ham Thuan Nam, hoping to dedicate to the audience a night full of surprises and excitement through each contestant's performance. And that is also the interesting thing about "Television Singing - Sea Star" through each season, worthy of being an ideal, pure playground for young people who love music to nurture their dreams, passions and ambitions, to contribute to the cultural and artistic life of the locality.
